Johnson Family Law & Mediation is the legal practice of Fiona Johnson, an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Red Crow Digital designed and built the practice's new website.
Challenge
Less time arranging appointments
For a sole practitioner, every call spent arranging an appointment or chasing payment is time away from clients. Fiona wanted clients to book and pay for a consultation, or request a mediation date, online - on her terms - inside a calm, reassuring site for families going through a difficult time.
Solution
Booking and payment, built in
- A custom design across every page, which the practice edits itself in Wagtail
- A Book a Consult page: 90-minute initial consultations paid through Stripe, alongside mediation booking
- Booking rules set in the admin - lead time, weekdays, blackout dates, time slots and a one-click "books closed" switch
- SEO and AI-search optimised, so people looking for family law help can find the practice through Google and AI assistants
