Lake Macquarie Massage & Pilates
Treatments, prices and health funds, easy to find
- Both sites live within weeks
- Django, Wagtail and Cloudflare
- Old Wix site redirected page by page
- Launched September 2026
Lake Macquarie Massage & Pilates provides remedial massage and myotherapy from clinics in Fassifern and Bonnells Bay, and small-group reformer and mat Pilates from its Fassifern studio. Red Crow Digital designed and built a website for each business.
Challenge
A dated site, and no site at all
The massage clinic's Wix site was dated and hard to manage, and the new Pilates studio had no website at all. Both businesses needed their own identity online, and the clinic wanted to replace its paper intake form with one clients could complete before their first visit. Two separate sites made little sense for a small business, so both needed to share one platform.
Solution
Two brands, one codebase
- Both sites run from one shared codebase
- A custom design for each brand - no templates - shaped through design directions and client feedback
- 16 treatment pages, pricing, gift vouchers and a searchable health-fund list
- Online intake forms on both sites that mirror the clinic's paper form - submissions go straight to the clinic by email and are not stored on the website, keeping health information private
- Real Google reviews, click-to-call booking and spam protection on every form
- Both sites SEO and AI-search optimised, so locals looking for massage or Pilates in Lake Macquarie can find them through Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT
Results
One system, paperless intake
- One system to maintain instead of two
- A paperless intake: clients complete their history before they arrive
